HEDD Audio Lineariser 9dB Compensation in Ableton Live

HEDD Audio Lineariser 9dB Compensation in Ableton Live

This is a short video showing my workflow in Ableton Live for compensating the 9dB level reduction when using the HEDD Audio Linearisation plugin. It may be useful to you if you use Lineariser and Ableton. If you own HEDD speakers but don’t have the Lineariser plugin you can get it here in AAX, AU and VST formats for Windows and Mac OS: http://www.hedd.audio/en/hedd-lineari…

Note: I have SonarWorks Ref 4 set to zero latency purely because latency is an issue to me. If latency is not an issue to you, for example if you only mix and master, then you should set Ref 4 to Linear Phase in order to compensate for phase shift induced by its eq filters.
