  • You get a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use our samples in your own music, recordings, and productions.
  • You can sell, stream, or distribute your original music created using our samples without paying us extra.
  • You do not own the samples—copyright stays with Record, Mix and Master.

2. What You Cannot Do

  • Resell, share, or redistribute the sample packs or individual files.
  • Include our samples in a new sample pack, virtual instrument, or sound library.
  • Use samples in isolation (e.g., as standalone sound effects).
  • Transfer your licence to anyone else.

3. All Sales Are Final

  • Our products are digital downloads, so all sales are final.
  • Once you start downloading, UK law waives your 14-day right to cancel.
  • If your download fails or is corrupted, contact us within 7 days at admin@recordmixandmaster.com, and we’ll help.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Everything on our site (audio, text, images, logos) is protected by copyright.
  • Misuse beyond the licence can result in legal action.

5. Liability
